It’s been said that owning a boat is like standing in a shower tearing up £50 notes! The owner of this £6m Sunseeker used it just a few weeks each year but had to cover all the annual running costs, including crew, so decided chartering could help reduce costs.

Greenhouse produced a high quality brochure targeting wealthy individuals, inviting viewings and bookings for Mediterranean charters. Marketing through the brochure the charters covered 20% of the annual running costs for the owner in the first year by year two 50% of the running costs were covered.
